拉力试验机使用过程中需要注意哪些问题

拉力试验机使用过程中注意事项


一、拉力试验机负载时,指针振动或行程停止  

1、离合器齿轮磨损:需要修理或更换。  

2、摩擦盘蒙皮垫圈或弹簧磨损:需要更换蒙皮垫圈或弹簧。  

3、控制手柄移位:调整控制手柄,使其与牙槽贴合良好。  


二、更换钟摆重量指针不归零  

1、拉力试验机安装水平仪:用水平仪来调整试验机的水平仪。  

2、钟摆不垂直:只挂一个重物。 调整重量,使其垂直。  



三、拉力试验机摆锤回摆过快或过慢  

1、缓冲阀位置安放不当:将缓冲阀调整到适当位置。  

2、液压油粘度过低或过高:液压油粘度过低时摆降快,粘度高时摆降慢。 更换粘度适当的液压油。  

3、缓冲阀、油管或液压油脏:清洗缓冲阀、油管。 更换液压油。  


四、拉力试验机指针回零滞止或不稳定  

1.  指针轴承和主轴轴承腐蚀或油腻:清洗或更换轴承。  

2、齿杆变形或齿杆与齿轮不啮合:矫直齿杆或清洗、修整齿轮、槽轮等传动部件。  

3. 缓冲阀内有污物:清洗缓冲阀。  


五、拉力试验机值正偏差  

1.  短臂刀片松动:拧紧刀片。  

2、摆锤重量轻:给砝码重量(要考虑砝码A、砝码B、砝码C)。  


六、负偏差的主要原因是部件之间的摩擦阻力过大  

1.  指针轴承、摆锤轴承和测力传动部件的摩擦阻力过大:主要调整和清洁轴承和测力传动部件。 消除异常摩擦阻力。  

2、在卡盘上,从动针簧片松紧度与描绘装置摩擦阻力:调整卡盘,从动针簧片松紧度与描绘装置元件。 消除异常摩擦阻力。  

3、活塞杆与摆杆连接部分不灵活:调整连接部分。 使它灵活。  


七、被驱动针的滞后或位移  

1、从动针弹簧力大小或从动针与指示盘摩擦阻力大小所引起的冲击:调整从动针弹簧力大小或从动针与指示盘间隙。  

2、从动针两重短吻鳄偏差:调整两端重量,使之平衡。  


八、显示值不规则偏差  

1、齿杆、齿轮油、磨损或毛刺:消除齿杆、齿轮油、毛刺时,找出齿杆接触点,然后纠正齿杆、齿轮; 如果错误不能消除。 更换齿杆和齿轮。  

2、拉力试验机试验机安装不水平度:调整水平度。  

3、齿杆弯曲:拉直或更换齿杆,调整滚沟轮的间隙。  


九、计算机软件在线提示框信息显示过载  

解决办法是检查计算机与测试机之间的通信线路是否脱落; 检查在线选择传感器是否正确选择; 检查最近的测试或操作键  

传感器是否被击中; 在问题发生之前,检查是否使用了软件校准或校准功能; 检查硬件参数中的校准值、校准值等信息是否被人为修改过。  


十、试验机主机电源不亮,不能上下移动  

解决办法是检查接入试验机的电源线是否连接正常; 检查急停开关是否处于旋塞状态; 检查接入试验机的供电电压是否正常; 检查机器插座上的保险丝是否烧坏,请拆下备用保险丝安装。  


十一、试验机主机电源有电但设备不能上下移动  

解决办法是检查是否是15S(时间)后设备无法移动,因为主机启动需要自检,大约15S时间; 检查上下限位是否在适当的位置,有一定的运行空间; 检查接入试验机供电电压是否正常。

A, tensile testing machine load, pointer vibration or travel stop 

1, clutch gear wear: need to repair or replace. 

2, friction disc skin washer or spring wear: need to replace the skin washer or spring. 

3, the control handle shift: adjust the control handle, make it fit with the alveolar well. 


Two, the replacement of pendulum weight pointer does not return to zero 

1, tensile testing machine installation is not level: use a level to adjust the testing machine level. 

2, the pendulum is not vertical: only hang A weight.   Adjust the weight so that it is vertical. 


Three, tensile testing machine pendulum back too fast or too slow 

1, the buffer valve position is not placed properly: adjust the buffer valve to the appropriate position. 

2, hydraulic oil viscosity is too low or too high: hydraulic oil viscosity is too low when the pendulum falls fast, high viscosity when the fall is slow.   The hydraulic oil with proper viscosity should be replaced. 

3, buffer valve, oil pipe or hydraulic oil dirty: clean buffer valve, oil pipe.   Replace the hydraulic oil. 


Four, tensile testing machine pointer back to zero stagnation or instability 

1.  Pointer bearings and spindle bearings corroded or greasy: clean or replace bearings. 

2, tooth bar deformation or tooth bar and gear not meshing: straightening tooth bar or cleaning, dressing gear, groove wheel and other transmission parts. 

3.  There is dirt in the buffer valve: clean the buffer valve. 


Five, tensile testing machine value positive deviation 

1.  The short arm blade is loose: tighten the blade. 

2, pendulum weight is light: give weight weight (to take into account the weight of A, B, C weight). 


Six, the main reason for negative deviation is that the friction resistance between the components is too large 

1.  The friction resistance of pointer bearing, pendulum bearing and force measuring transmission parts is too large: mainly adjust and clean the bearing and force measuring transmission parts.   Eliminate abnormal friction resistance. 

2, on the chuck, driven needle spring sheet tightness and depicting device friction resistance: adjust the chuck, driven needle spring sheet tightness and depicting device components.   Eliminate abnormal friction resistance. 

3, the piston rod and the pendulum rod connection part is not flexible: adjust the connection part.   Make it flexible. 


Seven, driven needle hysteresis or displacement 

1, driven needle spring force size or driven needle and indicating disk friction resistance caused by the size of the impact: adjust the driven needle spring force or driven needle and indicating disk gap. 

2, driven needle two heavy alligator deviation: adjust the weight of both ends, so that the balance. 


Eight, show value irregular deviation 

1, tooth bar, gear oil, wear or burr: eliminate tooth bar, gear oil, burr, find out when the tooth bar contact point, and then correct tooth bar, gear;   If errors cannot be eliminated.   Replace tooth bar and gear. 

2, tensile testing machine testing machine installation is not level: adjust the level. 

3, tooth bar bending: straighten or replace tooth bar, adjust the clearance of the rolling groove wheel. 


Nine, computer software online prompt box information display overload 

The solution is to check whether the communication line between computer and testing machine falls off;   Check whether the online selection sensor is correctly selected;   Check for recent tests or action keys 

Whether the sensor has been hit;   Check whether the software calibration or calibration function is used before the problem occurs;   Check whether the calibration value, calibration value, or other information in hardware parameters has been manually changed. 


Ten, the test machine host power supply is not bright, can not move up and down 

The solution is to check whether the power line of access testing machine is connected normally;   Check whether the emergency stop switch is in the state of screwing;   Check whether the power supply voltage of access testing machine is normal;   Check whether the safety on the socket of the machine is burned off, please remove the spare fuse to install. 


Eleven, the test machine host power supply has electricity but the equipment can not move up and down 

The solution is to check whether it is 15S(time) after the device can not move, because the host boot need self-check, about 15S time;   Check whether the upper and lower limit is in the appropriate position, there is a certain running space;   Check whether the power supply voltage of access testing machine is normal.
