影像测量仪在模具行业的应用

Traditional contact CMM, joint arm measuring machine, large size laser tracker and other instruments are also widely used in the field of mold measurement.  There is no good solution.  With the CCD array sensor and the characteristics of non-contact measurement, image measuring instrument can efficiently complete the workpiece that can not be contacted, easy to deformation, small shape, and has absolute advantages in this respect.  

 

When mapping molds in reverse engineering, expensive scanning probes or laser scanning probes are needed to quickly scan surfaces.  The image measuring instrument sold by Xintian photoelectric has the function of automatic contour scanning, which can obtain the coordinates of all points on the same contour, so as to obtain the contour map of the workpiece.  The automatic contour scan function is simple and efficient.  As long as the operator specifies the starting and ending positions of the scan, the machine will automatically search the scanning direction, move the workbench, obtain the coordinates of the point set, and quickly obtain the contour of the workpiece.  Cost effective solution.
